Eric Besora<\/strong>, piloto de easyJet, comenta que aunque todas las aerol\u00edneas buscan el mismo perfil, es cierto que cada compa\u00f1\u00eda es un propio mundo con valores distintivos.<\/strong><\/p>\n


Para seleccionar sus nuevos pilotos, OSM Aviation (la compa\u00f1\u00eda encargada de seleccionar personal para Norwegian), divide los rasgos en dos categor\u00edas: soft skills y hard skills.<\/p>\n

Empecemos por las\u00a0soft skills<\/em>. Norwegian busca pilotos que tengan:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Iniciativa<\/strong>\u00a0y\u00a0compromiso<\/strong>\u00a0para llegar a los resultados deseados.<\/li>\n
  2. Capacidad de\u00a0toma de decisiones y resoluci\u00f3n de problemas<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. Alto nivel de\u00a0asertividad<\/strong>, incluso ante situaciones de mucho estr\u00e9s.<\/li>\n
  4. Capacidad de\u00a0trabajar en equipo<\/strong>, independientemente de si se est\u00e1 al mando.<\/li>\n
  5. Capacidad de\u00a0liderar<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  6. Capacidad de\u00a0gesti\u00f3n de los recursos<\/strong>\u00a0para llegar a los resultados deseados.<\/li>\n
  7. Capacidad de\u00a0adaptaci\u00f3n<\/strong>\u00a0y pensamiento\u00a0outside the box<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    En lo concerniente a las\u00a0hard skills<\/em>, Norwegian busca pilotos:<\/p>\n

    1. Capaces de pilotar la aeronave de forma\u00a0segura y efectiva<\/strong>. Dentro de la aerol\u00ednea se fomenta el\u00a0control sobre los sistemas manuales<\/strong>, en caso de fallo en el sistema.\u00a0<\/li>\n
    2. Que sean\u00a0conscientes de la situaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, tenga\u00a0orientaci\u00f3n espacial<\/strong>\u00a0y\u00a0anticipaci\u00f3n<\/strong>. Aunque estas habilidades son importantes, advierten que se suelen conseguir a trav\u00e9s de pr\u00e1ctica, tiempo y con gu\u00edas.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Pero m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de estas competencias, las compa\u00f1\u00edas tambi\u00e9n busca alguien que pueda trabajar en cabina f\u00e1cilmente con cualquier otro piloto<\/strong> y que pueda hacer un buen trabajo mientras hace equipo con los dem\u00e1s. Para ello, miran<\/strong> la personalidad y car\u00e1cter, la sociabilidad, la paciencia e incluso el sentido del humor<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n
