Iberia\u00a0ha estado trabajado en un\u00a0Plan de Diversidad, Equidad e Igualdad<\/strong>\u00a0que se enfoque en los distintos grupos de\u00a0g\u00e9nero, generacional, cultural (nacionalidad), LGTBIQ+\u00a0<\/strong>y\u00a0discapacidad<\/strong>. La compa\u00f1\u00eda busca adecuar la gesti\u00f3n del talento diverso de su plantilla, lo que permita generar mayor compromiso y sentido de pertenencia.<\/p>\n

Iberia<\/strong>\u00a0busca, en t\u00e9rminos de g\u00e9nero, que las mujeres tengan una mayor presencia en todos los niveles y profesiones dentro de la compa\u00f1\u00eda. El desarrollo de iniciativas internas y externas para dar visibilidad al talento femenino contribuyen al fin.<\/p>\n

Seg\u00fan Mar\u00eda Bello,\u00a0Directora de Desarrollo de Personas y Diversidad\u00a0<\/em>\u201clas empresas deben ser un reflejo de nuestra sociedad y<\/em>\u00a0contener la mayor heterogeneidad posible. A trav\u00e9s del nuevo Plan queremos reenfocar las iniciativas DE&I y comprender c\u00f3mo de diversa es nuestra compa\u00f1\u00eda, detectar oportunidades de mejora y derribar barreras. Para ello, queremos involucrar a toda la organizaci\u00f3n, apoyarnos \u00a0en programas de formaci\u00f3n y concienciaci\u00f3n, marcarnos objetivos, planificar acciones y revisar todos nuestros procesos\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n

En Iberia el 38% de su plantilla son mujeres. Todas se destacan en gran n\u00famero entre el sector\u00a0administrativo<\/strong>\u00a0o como\u00a0tripulantes de cabina de pasajeros<\/strong>. Pero a\u00fan son una gran minor\u00eda en \u00e1reas plantel de pilotos, ingenieros aeron\u00e1uticos y t\u00e9cnicos de mantenimiento de aeronave.<\/p>\n

Uni de los objetivos de la casa matriz, IAG, que est\u00e1 alineado con su filial Iberia, es el de alcanzar el 40% de mujeres en sus puestos directivos en los pr\u00f3ximos dos a\u00f1os. En\u00a0Iberia<\/strong>\u00a0la dotaci\u00f3n de mujeres dentro de la compa\u00f1\u00eda se ha incrementado del 18% al 34% en cargos de alta responsabilidad.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
