La compa\u00f1\u00eda fabricante<\/a> prefiere publicitarlo como \u00abun triciclo giroc\u00f3ptero con el que el sue\u00f1o de conducir en carretera y volar se hace realidad.\u00bb Al parecer, el Pal-V no bajar\u00eda de los 350 mil d\u00f3lares como precio en el mercado, y el principal escollo para su comercializaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 en los permisos que cada pa\u00eds debera otorgar. Porque, claro, asaltan las dudas \u00bfLo regular\u00e1n las normas de tr\u00e1nsito terrestre o las normas de navegaci\u00f3n a\u00e9rea? \u00bfRequiere licencia de piloto o licencia vehicular? \u00bfSu circulaci\u00f3n se regir\u00e1 por las normas de uso de aerov\u00edas o no? \u00bfDeber\u00e1 tener a bordo los elementos electr\u00f3nicos de ayudas a la navegaci\u00f3n a\u00e9rea -transponder,radio,ELT,TCAS,GPWS- o no?<\/p>\n
